HHGA has been selected as Carpe Canem's Group of the Month for May and June 2009! Other than the honor of being selected, our group also receives a financial benefit as well! A portion of ALL sales in the months of May and June will be donated to Halfway Home Greyhound Adoption to help with our May and June 2009 hauls. Meet and Greets Check out the current schedule with information about our Meet and Greets on our events page as well as photos of Sugar and Cookie in their monthly "theme" outfits! (They help out at the 71st street Petco on Fridays!) If you are interested in donating a few hours once a month at a Meet and Greet, please contact Debbie to schedule your date and time. |
To help raise money for our group as our hauls move dogs to other locations, we have created a Senior Specials page to showcase items that have been donated specifically for our seniors. One of our volunteers is making lightweight fleece coats, while someone else has donated multiple sets of different cards. We will also be adding new items as they become available. Our East kennel comes with many new responsibilities. We need help
during the week, either daytime or evening. If you or any one
you know would like to come and help with feeding, bathing, or cleaning
up after the dogs, please contact Erin about setting up a time to
help. It can be just one hour, two hours or whatever you can spare! Or, if you would like to contribute financially to help with the kennel, please click on the "Donate" button below. Remember, this gift is tax deductible! |

We place greyhounds locally in Tulsa as well as
the
surrounding regions and all over the United States.
We helped 158 greyhounds find homes in 2002,
316 in 2003, 343 in 2004, 429 in 2005, 506 in 2006, 478 in 2007, and 564
in 2008!
In 2009, we have placed
356
dogs!
