The registration fee for the 2017 Heart of America Greyhound Gathering is $40.00 per person and includes registration, all tours, speakers, and large goody bag.

Steve Wirtz and Bling Your Houndy Class and Contest - $40.00

Spend a fun filled afternoon with the infamous Steve Wirtz of Cartuna! Steve will be teaching a class on creating his lovely paper mache sculptures on Thursday, June 22 from 1:00-3:30pm. In this class, you will be creating your very own greyhound sculpture, taught by the master!

Cost is only $40.00 which includes class fee and supplies. Steve is generously donating a large portion of the proceeds back to Halfway Home Greyhounds.

Our Bling Your Houndy Contest winners will be chosen from our class participants!

Wednesday Night Cookout and Pet Parade

At 5:00pm on Wednesday, June 21, we will be hosting a FREE cookout at Eisenhower Park (next to Sterl Hall). After the cookout, we will enjoy a pet parade! There is no fee for this relaxed, fun-filled evening of getting to know you while we enjoy hot dogs, baked beans, chips, and drinks!

Please choose whether you will be attending the cookout as well as if you are PARTICIPATING in the parade. Parade watchers need no registration.

Thursday Night Dinner Train - $45.00

Enjoy "Dinner in the Diner" aboard one of Abilene and Smoky Valley Railroad's special Dinner Trains. Enjoy your relaxing 90 minute, 10 mile round-trip ride while savoring your dinner catered by the Famous Brookville Chicken. Very, very limited seating so reserve your seat today!

Pasta Party!

A delicious catered dinner which includes Mostaccioli (choice of regular or vegetarian), salad, garlic bread, and dessert. Drinks include water, coffee, or iced tea.

Saturday Night Dinner - $15.00

Dine on a wonderful catered dinner! You will enjoy a delicious beef brisket and pulled pork with scalloped potatoes, green beans, salad, and dinner bread. Don't forget dessert! Drinks include water, coffee, or iced tea.

We have camping facilities at Sterl Hall that have sites with electrical hook-ups! Cost is only $20.00 per day if you want hook-ups or $10.00 per day for no hook-ups.
